Search "how to increase testosterone naturally" and you will get a long list: zinc, ashwagandha, vitamin D, resistance training, cold exposure, fasting, and a shelf full of supplements promising to optimize your output. Most of that advice is not wrong. But it is almost always missing the one intervention that the research consistently identifies as the most impactful of all.

Sleep. Specifically, the quality of your deep sleep. And before that: what your sleep surface is made from.

Why Natural Testosterone Optimization Starts With Sleep

Testosterone production in men is not distributed evenly across the day. The Variable Nobody Puts on the List: Your Mattress
