Mattress orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days, followed by 10-14 business days for delivery. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Accessory orders (pillows, sheets, protectors, toppers, etc.) have a processing time of 1-2 business days, followed by 10-14 business days for delivery. Products may ship in separate packages.
Yes — all items ship free to the contiguous 48 U.S. states (Lower 48). Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are charged a different shipping rate and do not qualify for free shipping.

White glove delivery is available as a paid add-on, handled by our third-party partner LoadUp. Here is how it works:1. Purchase the white glove service at checkout.2. Check your email for a message from LoadUp to schedule your appointment.3. On your scheduled date, the LoadUp team will set up your new mattress and/or adjustable base, and remove your old mattress and/or bed foundation upon request.Important: Your mattress is delivered separately via UPS or FedEx — the product arrives first. LoadUp arrives on the day you schedule to handle setup. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order. Call or text us immediately at (443) 333-1213 with your order number and the change needed. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and cannot be changed.
Yes. Mattresses arrive compressed and boxed for easier transport through doorways and stairways. A team lift is recommended. The mattress expands fully within 4–8 hours.

Truemed is a payment platform that enables qualified customers to use their HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds on eligible health and wellness products. Truemed partners with a network of independent, licensed clinicians who review customer health information and issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) when a purchase qualifies.
Your role as a merchant partner is to sell your products as you normally would. Truemed handles the qualification process, clinical review, and HSA/FSA payment infrastructure.
HSA and FSA accounts hold pre-tax dollars. When customers pay with these funds, they effectively save their income tax rate on the purchase. Qualified customers save an average of 30%* compared to paying with after-tax income.
This is not a discount on your product’s price. The customer pays full price. The savings come from using money that was never taxed.
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a document issued by an independent, licensed clinician confirming that a purchase is medically necessary for a diagnosed health condition. The IRS requires this documentation for HSA/FSA funds to be used on health and wellness products.
Key things your team should know about LMNs:
- Truemed’s clinician network handles all LMN issuance. Your team does not need to evaluate eligibility or issue any documentation.
- Each LMN is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Not every customer will qualify. Eligibility depends on individual health circumstances and the clinician’s assessment.

Because Ultimate Snooze mattresses use premium natural materials — certified organic latex and wool — your mattress needs a short settling period to truly become yours. Give it 30 nights before making any decisions. The official trial window opens on night 31 and runs through night 100. Most customers are glad they waited.

Yes — there is a $199 return processing fee that covers freight, handling, and responsible removal. However, if you choose store credit instead of a cash refund, this fee is waived entirely. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any purchase.
Approved returns are coordinated through a local pickup or donation partner where available. We work to responsibly rehome or recycle returned mattresses.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Unopened and sealed accessories: no restocking fee (customer pays return shipping). Opened or lightly used: 20% restocking fee applies. Stained, damaged, or odored items are not eligible. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
The mattress must be in clean and sanitary condition, free from stains, odors, pet damage, burns, or structural damage. The law tag must remain attached and untampered. Mattresses not meeting these standards may be denied return eligibility.
Yes — mattress exchanges are always free ($0 exchange fee). Upgrading to a higher-priced model: you pay the price difference only. Downgrading: the difference is issued as non-transferable store credit (valid 12 months). The original 100-night trial continues from your original delivery date — an exchange does not restart the trial.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the returned mattress is received and inspected. Refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For mattresses: $199 return processing fee (waived if you choose store credit). For accessories: opened/used items have a 20% restocking fee; unopened sealed items have no fee. Adjustable bases are Final Sale — no returns or exchanges.
30 years — the longest warranty in the organic mattress category.
Sagging greater than 1.5 inches (not from improper foundation), manufacturing defects, broken or loose coils, faulty tufting or stitching, premature material breakdown, and cover defects like seam or zipper failure.
Normal softening of latex or wool over time, damage from misuse or abuse, stains or spills, mold or mildew from moisture, improper foundation damage, and normal wear from everyday use.
Years 1–20 are non-prorated: if there's a qualifying defect, we repair or replace at no cost. Years 21–30 are prorated: you receive a partial credit toward a replacement based on remaining years.
Contact the Sleep Concierge Team, provide photos or a short video of the issue, and we'll review within 3–5 business days. If covered, we repair or replace.
Yes. Damage caused by improper foundations (e.g., old sagging box springs, unsupported frames) is not covered.
No. The warranty is non-transferable. If the mattress is sold to a third party, the warranty does not carry over. All warranty claims must include authentic proof of purchase directly from The Ultimate Snooze.

Accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, and toppers) do not carry a warranty. However, all accessories are covered by our return window — see our returns page for eligibility and timelines. Adjustable bases carry a separate 20-year warranty.
