The Ultimate Snooze 30-Year Warranty

Every Ultimate Snooze mattress comes with a 30-year warranty.

Years 1 to 20: If your mattress has a covered defect, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Years 21 to 30: If your mattress has a covered defect, you get a partial credit toward a new Ultimate Snooze mattress. The credit is based on how many years are left on your warranty.

What's covered

  • Sagging deeper than 1.5 inches (when the mattress is on a proper foundation)

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Broken or loose coils

  • Faulty tufting or stitching

  • Materials breaking down early under normal use

  • Cover defects, such as split seams or a broken zipper

What's not covered

  • Normal softening of natural latex or wool over time

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Stains or spills

  • Mold or mildew from moisture

  • Damage from an improper foundation or unsupported frame

  • Normal wear from everyday use

How to make a claim

  1. Contact our Sleep Concierge Team.

  2. Send photos or a short video of the issue.

  3. We'll review it within 3 to 5 business days.

  4. If it's covered, we'll repair or replace your mattress.
