Mattresses arrive compressed and boxed for easier transport through doorways and stairways; a team lift is recommended. For best results, place the boxed mattress directly on your bed frame before carefully opening the packaging. The mattress will begin expanding immediately and typically reaches its full shape within 4–8 hours. If your order includes accessories or bundle items, products may ship separately and arrive on different days.
