At the core of the Snooze Nest is a 2-inch coconut coir layer designed to provide the firm, flat support recommended for infant sleep. This structure helps maintain proper positioning without allowing the surface to sink or contour excessively. Unlike foam mattresses that can soften over time, the coco core holds its shape for consistent performance.
Every layer of the Snooze Nest is selected to promote airflow from top to bottom. The open structure of coconut fibers allows air to move through the core, while hemp layers enhance breathability and resist moisture buildup. On the surface, wool helps regulate temperature and wick away heat, keeping your baby cool and dry.

The Snooze Nest is built with three natural layers: 1.5" organic wool (comfort + temperature regulation), 1" organic hemp (breathable support layer), and a 2" coconut coir firm core. Covered with an organic cotton woven cover. No polyurethane foams, no chemical flame retardants, no synthetic adhesives, no VOCs.
Yes — the Snooze Nest is fully flippable with both sides identical in construction. The firm, flat, supportive design is infant-safe and recommended for use in a standard crib from birth.

The Snooze Nest follows the same sleep trial as our adult mattresses — 100 nights with a 30-night break-in period. Returns are accepted between nights 31 and 100 for mattresses in clean, sanitary condition with the law tag attached. The $199 return processing fee applies, or choose store credit to have the fee waived entirely.
The Snooze Nest is designed for infant use in a standard crib. The firm, flat construction meets infant sleep safety guidelines. As your child grows into a toddler, the flippable design means both sides remain usable.
