Meh…

So I am married. My wife wanted a new mattress. We shared a king. I didn’t want what she wanted. So we decided to each get our own twin xl mattresses combined to meet the size of a king. I found this, ordered, waited…, got it, both unboxed same morning. My mattress is approx 1 inch shorter in depth and close to 3 inches shorter in length then the sizing chart on yalls site advertised. So compared to hers it’s off visually drastically. Feel- very firm even with pillow top. Still trying to adjust to that firmness. Not great to lay on my back. Which I am mainly a side to stomach sleeper, but I try to sleep/lay on back. But back and hips hurt after. The sheets are just ok. I travel for work and sleep on all kinds of hotel mattresses. And this one is not making me wish I was in my own bed yet. Trying to be patient as to let my body and mental adjust to the new.

Shipping, customer service and communication are TERRIBLE

Ordered a king size pillow top mattress online for $3,600. We were charged immediately. Shipping was stated to be within 4 business days. We watched tracking information each day and there were no updates. After 2 weeks we began emailing, texting and calling. We got an automatic response that they would be in touch in 24 hours, but they never responded. We felt scammed but kept holding out hope. 4 weeks after the order was placed we began filling a fraud claim with our credit card company. Just as the filing was made, the mattress arrived. Box was open at both ends and cardboard box cut open in several places. The mattress might be best on earth but the lack of customer service, communication and shipping does not outweigh the mattress itself. We never heard a single word from anyone throughout this entire process. Take your business elsewhere where its valued and trustworthy.

Not what I expected

Hello I’m writing with the unfortunate news that my bed is not what I wanted it to be. My back / sciatica has only been activated even more which is causing me to wake up in the middle of the night in pain and also struggle to get out of bed in the morning. The pain has gone away for some time but now it has gotten out of hand. I liked the fact that your mattress chemical is chemical free but I’m afraid the comfort is not there for me. I am here t requesting a full refund as stated on your site “100 night risk free trial”

I really wanted this mattress to be everything I hoped it would be

I really wanted this mattress to be everything I hoped it would be. . . I was comparing the Snooze with the Purple since my Daughter has a Purple and I have tried hers out to see how comfortable it was. Turns out it was a good fit for us, however its not toxin free and as comfortable it was to sleep on, when I saw the Snooze Pillowtop, and its promise to be toxin free, we decided to purchase it believing it would be our answer to both relieve my pain issues AND nontoxic experience. . . I'm disappointed. . .I still toss and turn all night, get hot, and wake up in pain throughout the night. We find it hard and the pillowtop does not offer the pain relief I thought it would. So, other than the nontoxic benefit it gives, it's not as comfortable as The Purple. Wish the Snooze and the Purple could have a baby and finally give us the good nights sleep we all need.

The setup is great. Very happy with the puchase . The pillows are taking a little longer than expected to get rid of new smell

Unfortunately this matress wasnt for us and instead of being able to return it, we are stuck with it. Maybe we can find a home for it but it was to firm. We went 60 days with it and needed to go back to something more soft. We had a Sterns and Foster for 15 years and went back to the current version of what we had and are very happy again.

I love everything so far! Time will tell with the mattress as my body gets fully used to it and everything. I haven't used the pillows that came with it because I ordered a pillow from the company I bought my sheets from. Didn't know that a mattress purchase came with pillows. I'll use them in a spare bedroom someday. Products 10/10.

Wow. Although we had a small hiccup in buying our mattress, The Ultimate Snooze rep, Mitchell was on his game. Every business makes mistakes, but when mistakes happen, that is when you know what kind of company you are dealing with. Mitchell showed me. The small hiccup was quickly handled. It showed me that they care more about the customer than making the sale.
I have struggled with some back aches and kinda knew that the mattress was my culprit. The Ultimate Snooze Mattress is awesome. I promise you that you will agree with me when you receive yours. I am a real customer who has tried 6+ organic mattresses over the last 2+ years and this one is by far the best ever.

not as soft as I anticipated. Construction is very good. Mattress traps more heat than I thought it would.
