Sleep Trial & Return Policy
We stand behind every mattress we make. Sleep on it — and if it's not right, we'll make it right.
100-Night Mattress Sleep Trial
Sleep on your new mattress for 100 nights, completely risk-free. We're confident you'll love it — but if it's not the perfect fit, we'll take care of you.
30-Night Break-In Period
Because we use only premium natural materials — certified organic latex and wool — your mattress needs a short settling period to truly become yours. Give it 30 nights before making any decisions. Most customers are glad they did.
Trial Eligibility
If your mattress isn't the right fit between night 31 and night 100, you may request a return or exchange, provided:
- The mattress is in clean and sanitary condition
- It is free from stains, odors, pet damage, burns, or structural damage
- The law tag remains attached and untampered
Mattresses that do not meet sanitary or condition standards may be denied return eligibility.
One-Time Trial
Each mattress purchase is eligible for one return OR one exchange per order. An exchanged mattress does not receive a new 100-night trial — the original trial period continues from the original delivery date.

Mattress Returns & Refunds
If your mattress truly isn't working for you, we'll take it back between nights 31 and 100 — no runaround.

💡 Prefer store credit? Choose store credit instead of a refund and we'll waive the $199 return fee entirely. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any purchase in our store.
Return Pickup
Approved returns are coordinated through a local pickup or donation partner where available. Customers outside our standard delivery regions may be responsible for additional freight fees.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after inspection.
Mattress Toppers
Due to hygiene considerations, mattress toppers follow the same return eligibility as our mattresses. If your topper isn't the right fit between night 31 and night 100, you may request a return or exchange under the same conditions (clean, sanitary, law tag intact).
We allow one size exchange under the following conditions:
- Request made within 30 days of delivery
- Item remains unopened and sealed
- Exchange is for size correction only
Adjustable Bases & Frames Final Sale
All adjustable bases and frames are Final Sale. Due to their mechanical and electrical components, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the order has been processed. We recommend confirming your selection before ordering — our team is happy to help.
Accessory Exchanges
Accessories may be exchanged within 30 days for a different size or option with no restocking fees. Organic Snooze covers exchange shipping. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Store Credit Option
Prefer credit over a refund? We make it worth your while:
- $199 return fee waived — choose store credit and we'll absorb the fee
- Store credit is valid for 12 months
- Applicable to any product in our store
- Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
