Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges, Sleep Trial & Warranty Policy

We are committed to keeping our policies clear, fair, and transparent. Please review the section that applies to your product before initiating a request.

MATTRESS POLICY

100-Night Sleep Trial (Original Mattress Purchase Only)

All Ultimate Snooze mattresses include a 100-night sleep trial beginning on the date of original delivery.

Because natural materials such as organic latex and wool require time to settle, a mandatory 30-night break-in period applies. You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before becoming eligible for a return.

Return requests may be submitted between nights 31 and 100, provided the mattress is in sanitary condition and free from stains, damage, or misuse.

Mattress Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your mattress for a different size or firmness and your request qualifies under the sleep trial guidelines:

No exchange fees apply to eligible exchanges.

If the new mattress selected is priced higher than the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in cost prior to shipment.

If the newly selected mattress is priced lower than your original purchase, a store credit will be issued for the price difference. Store credit is non-transferable and subject to our standard store credit terms.

The mattress must be in sanitary condition and approved prior to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Each order is limited to one mattress exchange under the 100-night sleep trial.

Once a mattress has been exchanged, the replacement mattress does not receive a new 100-night sleep trial. The sleep trial applies only to the original mattress purchase.

However, the replacement mattress will continue to be protected under the 30-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date.

Mattress Returns/Refunds

If you choose to return your mattress within the eligible 100-night window, after the 30-day grace period:

  • A $99 return processing fee will apply.
  • After the $99 fee is processed and the mattress is received and approved, the full mattress purchase price will be refunded in full to the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The mattress must be in sanitary condition and approved prior to pickup.

The 100-night sleep trial applies only to the original mattress purchased and is limited to one return or exchange per order.

Accessories Policy (Sheets, Pillows & Mattress Protectors)

Accessories include sheet sets, pillows, and mattress protectors.

All accessory returns and exchanges must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery and require prior approval.

To protect product integrity and prevent misuse of the return policy, we reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive return activity.

Unopened & Unused Accessories

If the accessory is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Ultimate Snooze will cover return shipping costs for approved unopened returns. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging to be accepted. Original outbound shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Products that show signs of opening, repackaging, or use will not qualify under this section.

Opened or Used Accessories

If the accessory has been opened or used, you may return it within 30 days provided it is in clean, undamaged condition.

In this case:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment after inspection.

Returns showing signs of excessive wear, staining, damage, odor, or misuse will not be accepted.

Accessory Exchanges (No Fees)

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different accessory option, exchanges are available within 30 days.

  • No restocking fees apply to approved exchanges.
  • Ultimate Snooze will cover shipping for exchanges.
  • Items must be in acceptable condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may request store credit within 30 days.

  • No restocking fees apply when selecting store credit.
  • Ultimate Snooze will cover return shipping for approved store credit returns.
  • Store credit is valid for twelve (12) months from issuance.

Store credit may be limited in cases of excessive return activity.

Return Authorization & Protection

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage in transit. We strongly recommend retaining tracking information and insuring your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

MATTRESS TOPPER POLICY

Mattress toppers are non-returnable.

Topper Exchanges (Wrong Size Only)

If a topper was ordered in the wrong size:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The topper must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • No exchange fees apply.
  • Opened toppers cannot be returned or exchanged.

ADJUSTABLE BASE POLICY

All adjustable bases are final sale. Due to the mechanical and electrical components involved, adjustable bases cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the order has been processed.

30-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All Ultimate Snooze mattresses are protected by a 30-Year Limited Warranty.

Years 1–20: Non-Prorated Coverage

If a qualifying defect occurs during the first 20 years, we will repair or replace the mattress at no charge.

Years 21–30: Prorated Coverage

If a qualifying defect occurs during years 21–30, a prorated credit will be issued toward a replacement mattress.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Sagging greater than 1.5 inches (when properly supported)
  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Faulty stitching or structural issues

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and softening
  • Stains or unsanitary conditions
  • Damage from improper foundation
  • Abuse, misuse, or physical damage

Replacement mattresses issued under warranty continue the remaining warranty term from the original purchase date.

Standard (Eastern) King

76 inches wide × 80 inches long, this is labeled "King" throughout our site

California King

72 inches wide × 84 inches long

A King mattress is wider.
A California King mattress is longer.

Twin XL

38 inches wide × 80 inches long

Two Twin XL mattresses placed side-by-side equal the size of one Standard (Eastern) King:

76 inches wide × 80 inches long

This configuration is commonly referred to as a Split King.

When combined, two Twin XL mattresses equal the exact dimensions of a Standard King.

Please measure your bed frame and adjustable base carefully prior to purchase.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved refunds and exchanges are processed after returned items are received and inspected according to the applicable policy above.

Promotions, Discounts & Price Adjustments Policy

We occasionally offer promotional pricing, limited-time discounts, and partner-based offers. Some promotions are administered through third-party partners, affiliates, or special campaigns. All discounts are subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements, limitations, and expiration dates.

Partner Promotions

Certain discounts may be offered through official partners or promotional campaigns. These offers are governed by the specific terms established by that partner or campaign and may include time restrictions, eligibility requirements, or usage limitations.

We cannot create, extend, combine, or modify partner-based promotions outside of their authorized terms. Discounts that are not officially issued through an authorized channel are not valid.

We reserve the right to refuse any discount request, whether a code was viewed, shared, displayed, or claimed, if the promotion is determined to be unauthorized, expired, misrepresented, improperly distributed, or outside of its intended eligibility requirements.

Retroactive Discount Requests

If a promotion becomes publicly active after your purchase date but before your delivery is confirmed, you may request a retroactive price adjustment.

To qualify:

  • The promotion must have been publicly active prior to delivery confirmation.
  • The request must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • You must provide verifiable proof of the active promotion, such as a screenshot or link showing the offer during the eligible window.

If approved, the price difference will be issued as a partial refund to your original form of payment.

Promotions that begin after delivery confirmation are not eligible for retroactive adjustment.

All retroactive discount approvals are granted at our sole discretion.

Price Adjustments & Self Price Matching

If we adjust the publicly listed price of a product after your purchase but before your delivery is confirmed, you may request a price adjustment. To qualify:

  • The lower price must have been publicly available on our official website prior to delivery confirmation.
  • You must provide proof of the updated pricing.
  • The request must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.

If approved, the difference will be issued as a partial refund to your original form of payment.

Price adjustments do not apply to flash sales, limited-quantity promotions, bundle offers, clearance items, final sale items, exclusive partner promotions, or special event pricing.

All price adjustment requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

Proof Requirement

All retroactive discount or price adjustment requests require verifiable documentation of the promotion or pricing being claimed. Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Limitations & Discretion

Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to limit, deny, or revoke any discount or promotional request at our sole discretion, including in cases involving expired promotions, unauthorized codes, rogue partner promotions, pricing errors, excessive adjustment requests, or attempts to combine multiple offers.
