What’s Covered — In Plain English
Your Snooze mattress is protected against:
- Sagging greater than 1.5 inches (not caused by improper foundations)
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Broken or loose coils
- Faulty tufting or stitching
- Premature material breakdown inconsistent with normal use
- Cover defects, such as seams opening or zipper failure (not caused by misuse)
If it’s something we caused — we fix it.
We Stand Behind the Mattress — Not Avoidable Damage
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal softening of natural latex or wool over time
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Stains or spills
- Mold or mildew caused by moisture exposure
- Damage from improper foundations or unsupported frames
- Expected wear from everyday use
If it’s caused by something outside the mattress or outside manufacturing — it’s not a defect.
How Long Your Warranty Lasts
Your Ultimate Snooze Mattress is backed by a 30-year warranty:
- Years 1–20: Non-Prorated Coverage
If there's a qualifying defect, we repair or replace the mattress at no cost. - Years 21–30: Prorated Coverage
If a defect occurs, you receive a percentage credit toward a replacement, based on how many years remain.
Warranty Terms Shouldn’t Be Confusing
Non-Prorated (Years 1–20):
You pay nothing if your mattress has a covered defect. We handle the repair or replacement.
Prorated (Years 21–30):
If your mattress develops a defect late in its lifespan, you still get value.
You receive a partial credit toward a new Snooze mattress.
The older the mattress, the smaller the credit — but you will always receive something.
