Most pillows are filled with synthetic polyester, memory foam, or down alternatives that compress over time, trap heat, and offer either too much softness or too much firmness. The Organic Snooze Kloud Pillow uses a 50/50 blend of Organic Kapok fiber and shredded Organic Latex, two naturally sourced materials that work together to give you cloud-like softness and real neck support at the same time. There are no synthetic foams, no chemical fillers, and no compromises on what goes inside.
The natural materials used in our pillows naturally help manage moisture and resist odor buildup. Machine washing the pillow itself is not recommended, as it can damage these materials. Instead, placing the pillow in dry sunlight and fresh air will help refresh the natural fibers. The organic cotton cover can be washed in cold water and air dried for regular cleaning.
Kapok is a natural fiber harvested from the seed pods of the Kapok tree. It is one of the lightest natural fibers in the world, which gives it an exceptionally airy, cloud-like feel that synthetic fills try to replicate but cannot match. Kapok is also naturally breathable and temperature-neutral, meaning it does not trap heat against your head the way polyester or foam tends to.
