These pillows are very comfortable. I like that they’re big with plenty of room to put your head on. I love the feature of being able to adjust your firmness. All you have to do is take some wool out, if you want it softer. The wool that I took out of mine, I put away in a bag for future use. If I want it firm again I can put the wool right back in. I think this company is doing a good job.
I LOVE this pillow. I ordered one to test it out and then promptly ordered some for every bed in the house. Not only is a nice to know your head is resting toxin free, it's so cozy.
Im a side sleeper and it's very hard to find a pillow that doesn't end up causing ear or neck pain. This pillow is perfect and the fact that you can adjust the comfortably is even better.

I wish I could give a better review. I ordered a pillow and it was hard as a rock. I tried to return it, but they said they had a softer option they could send me instead. I said sure that will work. Well that one wasn't much better. I was not able to sleep at all with them. I appreciate them doing that and it was a good effort on their part (why I did the 2 stars, instead of 1). Now I have 2 expensive pillows I cannot use. So if you don't want a hard pillow, do not buy.

I’m sad that Gary Brecka has endorsed these pillows. I’ve been looking for “the” pillow for years, and had high hopes for this pillow. Wow, does it disappoint! I can’t believe how much this pillow costs, for what you get. Super uncomfortable! Way over-packed. Take the stuffing out and what remains is super lumpy and uncomfortable. A very hot pillow too - not cool at all. I’ve gone back and forth for months with this pillow and other old pillows hoping I’d change my mind, but I haven’t. At least other pillows I could return, but not this one. If they can’t make a good pillow, I see no reason to try their mattress or sheets now. Very disappointed, Gary.

Other than being toxin free, I have found them hard and uncomfortable. . . not my favorite pillow. . . but they were free with my bed, so "you don't look a gift horse in the mouth" . . . it was a generous gift, thank you.

Very comfortable pillow, the wool is very nice, high quality and soft, plus easy to move around to fit your personal needs. The smell upon unpacking was very minimal, much better than a foam alternative! This pillow will certainly last longer than a down feather pillow.
