Most pillows are filled with synthetic polyester, memory foam, or down alternatives that compress over time, trap heat, and offer either too much softness or too much firmness. The Organic Snooze Kloud Pillow uses a 50/50 blend of Organic Kapok and Shredded Organic Latex, two naturally sourced materials that work together to give you cloud-like softness and real neck support at the same time. There are no synthetic foams, no chemical fillers, and no compromises on what goes inside.
How should I care for my organic pillows?
The natural materials used in our pillows naturally help manage moisture and resist odor buildup. Machine washing the pillow itself is not recommended, as it can damage these materials. Instead, placing the pillow in dry sunlight and fresh air will help refresh the natural fibers. The organic cotton cover can be washed in cold water and air dried for regular cleaning.
What is Organic Kapok and why is it used in this pillow?
Organic Kapok is a natural fiber harvested from the seed pods of the Kapok tree. It is one of the lightest natural fibers in the world, which gives it an exceptionally airy, cloud-like feel that synthetic fills try to replicate but cannot match. Organic Kapok is also naturally breathable and temperature-neutral, meaning it does not trap heat against your head the way polyester or foam tends to. In the Kloud Pillow, Organic Kapok provides the soft, billowy loft that makes the pillow feel immediately comfortable from the first night.
Why is Shredded Organic Latex added to the blend?
Softness alone does not make a great pillow. Without some structure, your head sinks too far down, your neck loses alignment, and you wake up with tension in your shoulders and upper back.
The Shredded Organic Latex in the Kloud Pillow adds just enough gentle responsiveness to keep your head and neck properly supported through the night without making the pillow feel stiff or dense.
The Shredded Organic Latex also has a natural bounce-back quality that helps the pillow hold its shape over time, so it does not go flat the way down or polyester pillows do.
Will this pillow sleep cool or does it retain heat?
The Kloud Pillow sleeps cool by design. Organic Kapok is inherently breathable and does not have the dense, closed structure of foam that traps body heat. Shredded Organic Latex, as opposed to solid latex, also allows for air movement through the fill. The combination means heat dissipates rather than builds up around your head, which supports the natural drop in core body temperature your body needs to reach and sustain deep sleep.
Is the Kloud Pillow good for side sleepers?
