Questions we get from new-build buyers
I'm still six months out from closing. Is it too early?
No — it's the ideal time. We build the quote now and hold your pricing, then schedule delivery to whatever date your builder lands on. Timelines move, and we plan for that.
I don't know my exact bedroom sizes yet.
That's fine. Give us the room count and we'll build a quote around the most common configuration, then adjust once your floorplan is final.
How much cheaper is a multi-unit order, really?
It depends on the count and the mix of mattresses, bases and bedding, which is why it's quoted rather than listed. Bundles alone save 30% or more, and volume pricing stacks from the second mattress onward.
Can I finance a whole-home order?
Yes. Affirm and Shop Pay Installments offer 0% options, ACIMA offers lease-to-own with a high approval rate, and HSA or FSA funds may be usable through our Truemed partnership.
What if one bed turns out to be wrong for the room?
The 100-night trial applies to each mattress independently. If the guest room should have had the firm rather than the pillow top, we exchange that one.
How is this different from other organic mattresses?
Most are organic on the surface — the cover — while the core is still synthetic foam and adhesive. Ours is organic cotton, organic wool and natural latex the whole way through, hand-tufted with no glue, no polyurethane foam, no synthetic flame retardants, no fiberglass and no VOC off-gassing.
