If something doesn’t feel right, we fix it. If something needs to be adjusted, we adjust it. If the match isn’t perfect, we help you find the one that is.

Most comfort concerns resolve with simple, targeted adjustments — the kind that transform your sleep immediately.

If It’s Not the Right Fit, We Find the One That Is.

If, after working with our team, your mattress still isn’t the right match, we offer an exchange toward another Snooze product.

This isn’t about starting over — it’s about dialing in the environment your biology needs.

Our goal is to get you into the sleep surface that keeps your airway open, your spine decompressed, and your temperature stable.

In Rare Cases Where Comfort Can’t Be Achieved

On the rare occasion that comfort still isn’t achieved after adjustments and exchange options, we may guide you through a simple donation process.

You choose a local nonprofit or community organization. Once donation is confirmed with a photo or receipt, we issue either:

  • a replacement, or

  • store credit toward another Snooze product.

This ensures the mattress supports someone in need — instead of ending up in a landfill.

If Something’s Wrong, We Make It Right. Immediately.

Products that arrive damaged or display a manufacturer defect are replaced promptly at no cost to you, in accordance with your Snooze warranty.

We don’t debate defects. We resolve them.

Comfort for Every Layer of Sleep

For pillows, sheets, and other sleep accessories:

  • Unopened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days.

  • Opened accessories may qualify for comfort adjustments or partial credit depending on condition.
